Lily Bloom’s Kitchen Poparoons, or macaroons on a stick, have been selected to appear in the August issue of O, The Oprah Magazine's O List. The macaroons have been featured on "The Rachael Ray Show" as a snack of the day. In 2010, Lily Bloom’s Kitchen’s Raspberry and White Chocolate Macaroons won Best New Dessert and runner-up for Best of Show at Kosherfest, although this product is no longer kosher certified. Lily Bloom’s Kitchen was founded in 2009 by Larry Shiller to honor his mother, Lily Bloom, and specializes in handcrafted coconut macaroons (in sixteen flavors) and Poparoons. All products are gluten-free and feature all-natural flavorings and coloring.

Stuff Oprah likes: Minneapolis confectioner Lily Blooms Kitchen
Lily Blooms Kitchen, which makes chocolates and a macaroon-on-a-stick treat called Poparoons, has landed a shout-out from The Oprah Magazine.
Oprah's lifestyle publication includes Lily Bloom's gluten-free Poparoons in its August "O List" — part of the front-of-the book collection of tips and brief items. (There's no online version, but the Lily Blooms Kitchen Facebook page has a screenshot).
The Minneapolis-based firm began making the pops, which are sold in Lund's & Byerlys stores and area co-ops, was launched in 2009 by Larry Shiller, who wanted to bring to market some of his mother's recipes. The Star Tribune had a profile in 2010
