The Inimitable Lily Bloom
Lily Bloom’s Kitchen was started in August 2009 in memory of my mother Lilyan Bloom Shiller, who passed away in 2009 at age 98..
I have fond memories of my mother’s kitchen and the wonderful foods she would make while I sat at the counter doing my homework, Mom was always well known for her many chocolate desserts. And my favorites were her chocolate macaroons.
She passed on the recipe and over the years since, I have played with, revised, nurtured, tested and explored new variations of her luscious macaroons. So today, Lily Bloom’s Kitchen is pleased to offer her special chocolate macaroons in a variety of flavors. I’m sure you’ll love them as much as Lily’s family and friends have for years.
