What Makes Our Macaroons Different?
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. First of all. These are NOT "extruded" out of a machine. No gigantic batch of coconut. All of our macaroons are based on the same recipe that Lily Bloom herself perfected in her own kitchen for over 60 years.
We now make our naturally gluten-free macaroons in our bakery in Minnesota. There on three bakers on staff at any given time. No rush. Just us. Just great desserts.
We use imported Belgian chocolate and imported coconut (we can't grow coconut trees in Minnesota, maybe you have heard, it gets a bit chilly here) All natural flavorings and coloring and take our time making sure that each batch is confectionery artistry in taste, texture and appearance.

Yes, they are gluten-free. The rest of the ingredients, however, are a bit decadent.
