Lily Bloom’s Kitchen was started in August 2009 in memory of my mother Lilyan Bloom Shiller, who passed away at age 98 in 2009. I have such fond memories of my mother’s kitchen with the wonderful foods she would make while I sat at the counter doing my homework. Mom was always known for her many chocolate desserts. There were so many wonderful things she cooked for our family. However, one of my favorites was her chocolate macaroons. She passed on the recipe on to me many years ago when I moved away. Over the years since, I have played with, revised, nurtured, tested and explored my new variations of her luscious macaroons. So today, Lily Bloom’s Kitchen is pleased to offer her special chocolate macaroons in a variety of flavors. I’m sure you’ll love them
as much as Lily’s family and friends have for years.
